1. What should I do if I’m not sure what kind of logo I want?

Many clients aren’t sure what style or design will make the best impression. Just provide as much information as you can on the order form. Or, if you prefer, simply tell us to “go for it,” and we’ll use our expertise to create designs that suit your needs.

2. Do you guarantee your logo design work?

Yes! We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We’ll keep revising your logo until you’re completely happy with the final result—at no extra cost.

3. How many designs will you send me to choose from?

The number depends on the package you select. The Start package includes 6 unique concepts, while the Surge and Excel packages offer 12 unique concepts. You can also add stationery designs with your logo package. Check our packages page for full details and optional add-ons like web design, brochures, flyers, and more.

4. Are there extra fees for additional colors or details?

No. You can choose any number of colors or special design elements you want. There are no extra charges for revisions or color changes. Just specify your preferences when placing your order.

5. When will I receive the first draft of my logo designs?

Delivery times depend on the package: all packages deliver within 1 to 3 days. Our designers work on weekends as well. You can also select a 24-hour guaranteed delivery option at checkout for an additional fee (£40 £19).

6. How will you deliver my new logo?

We’ll email your logo files, which can be viewed with common graphics programs like ACDSee®, CorelDRAW®, Adobe Illustrator®, or Photoshop®. You’ll also have access to your files anytime via your personal online account panel.

7. Can I use my new logo on my website?

Absolutely! You’ll receive web-ready files specifically formatted for use on websites.

8. Where else can I use my logo?

We provide your logo in multiple file formats compatible with both Mac and PC, so you can use it for print materials, desktop publishing, websites, and promotional items like mouse pads, coffee cups, sticky notes, pens, and t-shirts.

9. What if I need to cancel an order you’ve already started?

We offer a full refund if you cancel. Unlike many other companies, we don’t charge cancellation fees.

10. I live outside your country. Can I still order a logo?

Yes! Your location doesn’t affect our service. We’ve created logos for clients in the USA, Canada, UK, Germany, Spain, France, Greece, Malaysia, and more.

11. Who owns the copyright to my logo?

You own the copyright to your logo. We only ask for permission to showcase your logo in our portfolio and marketing materials, which also benefits your brand exposure.
